We make our caramel corn using organic Oregon butter or coconut butter, various sugars, sea salt... Our spun copper pot churns out batch sizes of just 18 pounds at a time. There is nothing fast here. To get the rich buttery flavor in our five original flavors, we use three times as much butter as other caramel corns. Our vegan treats use coconut butter... In many regards, we are closer to toffee than caramel. Our EIGHT flavors are both traditional and unique.
Th originals are Salted Molasses, Salted Vanilla, Orange Cardamom Scotch, Spicy Mexican Cocoa, and Amaretti.
Our vegan flavors are Hot Ginger, Thick and Thin, and Cocoa-Cinn-Coco.
