We make our caramel corn using organic Oregon butter, cane sugar, sea salt... Our spun copper pot churns out batch sizes of just 18 pounds at a time. There is nothing fast here. To get the rich buttery flavor that we are known for, we use three times as much butter as other caramel corns. In many regards, we are closer to toffee than caramel. Our five flavors are both traditional and unique. Salted Molasses, Salted Vanilla, Orange Cardamom Scotch, Spicy Mexican Cocoa, and Amaretti.
